HajjLOC collects location data only when explicitly requested by authorized guardians. We collect:

• Location data when guardian request for location to ward himself.
• Location data when app is in killed state on every 15 to 45 minutes randomly
• Emergency contact information
• Device information for app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide location tracking services to your authorized guardians.
• Send emergency alerts to guardians
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Comply with legal requirements

3. Full-Screen Alert Permission

This permission is used solely for the SOS emergency feature. It allows the app to display urgent alerts on top of the lock screen to help companions locate and assist the user during emergencies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data for location data transmission.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• When required by law
• To authorized guardians you have designated
